this term we have been working on nutrients and a healthy life style
i have learnt to eat a veracity of the four food groups that can give you more energy and help you with your growth of your body. i also learnt to  drink at least 2L of water per-day (8 cups) to stay hydrated so we we can carry on living the human body can only survive 1 week without water and water  helps remove toxins. i have also learnt to eat foods that are low in fat,sugar and salt because they can cause heath problems like strokes,heart attacks,heart disease,diabetes,blood clots,obesity. This is important to know for me so i can avoid heath risks and pass my test. for future with this information i can teach it to other people who are unaware of the risk or how to have a healthy life style.`we have used spray oil to control the amount of oil we use we have used steamers to cook our veggies we have suppurated things that are high in sugar for natural sugars
