The importance of water 

how long can you go without water in normal conditions?  you can last one week 
what are the three ways that we loss water from the human body? 


variety of foods from each of the 4 food groups 
balance of nutrients
eat enough for activity,growth and to maintain body size eat regulatory over the day 5-6 meals  
prepare foods or choose pre-prepared foods, snacks drinks
low in fat, especially saturated fats
low in sugar, especially added sugar
low in salt (use iodized salt)
drink 2L of water a day
90 minutes a day
moderate to high intensity
soend less than 2 hours day in front of screens
